Refund policy

Welcome to GalaxKart. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included items

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Return Authorization Process

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear video and/or photos showing the defect, damage, or issue with the product

After reviewing the request, we will provide a Return Authorization if the claim is approved.

GalaxKart reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

To exchange a product, customers may be required to place a new order for the replacement item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, further instructions regarding the exchange process will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for approved returns involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Products not functioning as intended

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

5. Non-Returnable / Invalid Return Requests

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer changed their mind after purchase
  • The buyer no longer wants the item
  • Incorrect product selection by the buyer
  • Requests made after the 7-day return window
  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging/accessories

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.


6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.


7. Limitation of Liability

GalaxKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any products purchased through our website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount paid for the product.
