1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for:

Damaged products

Defective or malfunctioning products

Wrong products received

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Return approval is required before sending any product back.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Non-Returnable

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind

Product no longer wanted

Incorrect product/variant selected by the customer

Used or damaged products due to misuse

Missing original packaging or accessories

Requests made after 7 days of delivery

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Important

All returned products are subject to inspection. GalaxKart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
