Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number within 1–2 business days. You can use this AWB number to track your order through our Tracking Page.

Why Is My Order Arriving in Multiple Packages?

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different warehouses depending on stock availability and the fastest shipping option. In some cases, highly popular items may be dispatched at different times to avoid delays and ensure you receive available products as soon as possible.

What If My Order Is Delayed, Stuck, or Lost in Transit?

All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, there may occasionally be delays or issues during transit that are beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, returned, or lost during shipping, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Where applicable, we may arrange a replacement shipment with expedited shipping and full tracking at no additional cost.
